Lycopene
Lycopene is primarily found in tomatoes and grapefruits, and has potent antioxidant capabilities. Sometimes called the "Man's Carotenoid", there is some evidence that Lycopene supplements may be helpful in the prevention of prostate cancer. Lycopene supplements have also been known to help decrease the incidence of exercise-induced asthma, and may lessen the risk of developing arteriosclerosis (clogged arteries), and may reduce high cholesterol.
