What is a personalized supplement pack?

Have you ever wished you could go into a great natural foods store, pick out the right supplements for you and get exactly what you wanted in a daily pack? Good news, your wish has come true. Vuru allows you to do exactly that. You can build a daily supplement pack from any combination of our 2,000 branded supplements, select how many weeks you want to purchase and then we ship your personalized packs right to your front door. How do I know which pill is which in my pack?

That's a great question. Each order has an Information Sheet for each pack. To see an example of one click here. The Information Sheet has a picture of each pill, the Supplement Facts label, directions, warnings and any other information pertinent to that supplement/vitamin. It's a great way to understand exactly what you are taking. Back to top

Is Vuru packaging clean and safe?

ABSOLUTELY!!!! Your daily packets are manufactured by Impak. Not only is their facility fully compliant with ISO 9001 standards, but they are a leading supplier to the biomedical device industry. In addition, our packaging operation is a registered FDA facility compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), and managed by a world-class team handpicked from the best and brightest individuals in the pharmaceutical and biomedical device packaging industries. Are the manufacturer's warranties and guarantees affected by Vuru's repackaging?

Vuru buys its inventory from its suppliers just like any other retailers of supplements and vitamins. Vuru then repackages these supplements and vitamins in its packaging (the Vuru pack) in an FDA registered facility using Current Good Manufacturing Practices set forth by the FDA. As a result, Vuru's repackaging nullifies, voids and cancels any and all warranties and guarantees provided by the manufacturer. For more information, please review Vuru's Site Terms. Back to top

How many pills can be in a pack and how many packs can I have?

Each pack can have a minimum of 2 pills and a maximum of 15 pills. Each account can have up to 4 different packs. Therefore, a power user can take up to 60 pills per day using our system. We recognize that some of the most intense users may take more than 60 pills per day and are currently working on a slightly larger pack that will be able hold 20 to 25 pills per pack. If you are one of these users, we would love to include you in our beta. Please email us at customersupport@vuru.com for more info. Can you reseal each daily pack?

Each Vuru daily pack is tamper evident. If the seal has been tampered with or appears open, do not use that supplement pack for any reason and notify us immediately at customersupport@vuru.com. Please include your order number and a phone number where we can reach you.

To open each pack, tear along the tear slit. You will notice that each Vuru daily pack also has a zip lock seal. For users that take their nutritional supplements and vitamins at different times per day from a single pack, they can open and close their pack multiple times. Back to top

What is Vuru's return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, return your unused packs to Vuru. To do so, please call 1-877-GET-VURU and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives. They will issue a Product Return Number. Please ship your unused packs with the Product Return Number to us at 203 NW 36th Street, Miami, FL 33127. Each supplement pack is custom to each customer so we are unable to resell your returned packs. Therefore, we will happily issue a store credit for the returned materials and do everything in our power to make sure your next order meets your standards. Back to top

MANAGING PACKS

How do I save my packs?

If you are a first time user and you have cookies enabled in your web browser, your packs will automatically be saved for 7 days. Just return to www.vuru.com and you will see your packs. Upon your first purchase, your packs will be saved indefinitely in the My Packs section. Just log in (the log in link is in the upper right hand side of every page) and you will be taken to My Packs, where you can edit, reorder and delete your existing packs. Back to top

How do I change the name of a pack?

If you are a new user that has not registered yet, click Edit Pack on any of the pack summaries on the right hand side of the screen. You will be taken to a section of our web site that lists each of your packs. Click on Rename pack. If you are a registered user, you can use the Edit Pack section as previously described or make the same change in the My Packs section. Back to top

How do I delete a pack?

You can delete a pack in the Edit Pack or My Packs (for registered users only) sections. Click on Delete Pack, you will be asked to confirm the deletion and then the pack will be permanently deleted. Back to top

What is the switch function?

When you are in the Edit Pack or My Pack (for registered users only) sections, each supplement in your pack is listed. You may have to click on Show Contents to see these items. If we carry a comparable product (i.e. different type of pill, dosage, etc.), then "Switch" will be listed. You can click on Switch to see these comparable products. It's a great way to make a change to your pack without having to go search through our catalog. When you are done, click on the supplement you would like to include in your pack or click on Close. How do I reorder my packs?

When you check out the first time, you become a registered user. The next time you visit www.vuru.com be sure to log in. To do so, you will see "log in" at the top right of every page. Click on Log In and follow the instructions. After logging in you will be taken to the My Packs section. In that section, you can edit, delete and reorder packs. Simply click on Order Packs to begin the reorder process. What is Auto Refill?

Today's world is incredibly busy. Between family and professional responsibilities, there is often little time to care for ourselves, which makes healthy living a challenge. Vuru helps make healthy living easy. First, build your personal supplement packs and order the amount you'd like. Be sure to turn on our Auto Refill Service for each of your packs and we will automatically charge your credit card on file and send you a new shipment of supplements before your last order runs out, insuring you are never without your supplements. You can visit the My Packs page at anytime prior to the ship date to edit your pack's contents, the number of weeks you want to purchase or change your ship date. Using Auto Refill, you will never run out of your nutritional supplements and vitamins again. Back to top

Do I get a discount if I purchase more packs at a time?

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! After you have created your personalized supplement pack from any combination of our 2,000 branded supplements and vitamins, you chose how many of your packs you want to purchase. We offer 4, 8, 12 and 16 week quantities. The more weeks you purchase at one time, the deeper your discount. Back to top

Is Vuru more expensive then buying supplements and vitamins from natural food stores, pharmacies and grocery stores?

We charge a very small packing fee which helps cover the labor and packaging costs to produce your personalized supplement pack. This small fee is 25¢ per pack. That's a small price to make healthy living a lot easier. Back to top

How quickly will I receive my personalized supplement packs from Vuru?

It depends on the shipping method you select. Our goal is to ship your order 2 to 4 business days after we receive it. Therefore, if we receive your order on Wednesday prior to midnight, it will most likely ship on Friday. If you used 2nd day service, you will receive your order from Federal Express on Tuesday. We try to balance your need to receive your supplements as quickly as possible with insuring 100% order accuracy and cleanliness. Because each order is assembled specifically for each customer, it requires two business days to process. Back to top
