GPC

GPC is a fairly new commercial supplement, thought to act as a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine which is a neurotransmitter responsible for proper cognitive functioning. Putative evidence for the use of GPC indicates that it may be appropriate for use in certain cognitive conditions and as a mechanism to boost levels of human growth hormone.
