Nattokinase

Nattokinase is a potent enzyme extracted from a soy based vegetable cheese called Natto, a traditional Japanese food. Nattokinase has been shown to have a high fibrinolytic activity, meaning it breaks down fibrin. In excess, fibrin can cause blood clots which may contribute to cardiovascular issues, poor circulation and slow tissue repair. Taken as a supplement, Nattokinase is most commonly known for its aid in dissolving blood clots.
