Instructions: Take 3 capsules twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach, until desired results have been achieved. Once these results have been attained, slowly reduce the daily dose until a maintenance dose has been determined. This will vary from individual to individual.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Additional Information: Cetyl Myristoleate (CM) is a natural lubricant that has been used with great success in supporting normal joint ranges of motion.
