Instructions: As a dietary supplement for men, take 2 capsules daily, preferably 1 capsule during the daytime, and 1 capsule 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 2 capsules daily. Begin use with half the recommended serving (1 capsule daily) to assesses tolerance. For best results, use as part of a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
